Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data FMOH collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to help you.

1. Who we are

FMOH Consulting and Solutions Pvt Ltd ("FMOH", "we") decides how and why your personal data is processed through fmoh.in and our services. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for that data.

2. What we collect

Information you give us when you send an enquiry, book a site visit or consultation, request a quote or sign up for launch updates:

  • your name and mobile number
  • your email address, if you choose to give it
  • details of your request, such as budget, preferred area, property type or the service you need
  • property details, if you ask to list a property with us

Information collected automatically: like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the website secure and working. We do not currently use analytics or advertising trackers.

Information that stays on your device: your shortlist, your light or dark mode choice and anything you enter into the EMI calculator are stored or processed in your browser only. They are not sent to us.

3. How we use your data

  • to respond to your enquiry and arrange calls, site visits, consultations and quotes
  • to connect you with the developer, owner, professional or partner you asked about
  • to tell you when a coming-soon service launches, if you asked us to
  • to keep records required by law and to prevent misuse of the website
  • to improve our services, using information that does not identify you where possible

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Consent and withdrawing it

We process your personal data with your consent, which you give when you submit a form or contact us, or for other lawful purposes allowed under the DPDP Act. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing contact@fmoh.in or telling your advisor. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place, but we may no longer be able to help with your request.

5. Who we share it with

We share your details only with the people needed to help with your request:

  • Developers and property owners of properties you enquire about or visit
  • Architects, interior designers and studios you ask to consult
  • Essentials partners for services you request, such as Medio Industries for water treatment
  • Service providers who help us run FMOH, such as website hosting, email and messaging (including WhatsApp, operated by Meta), under confidentiality obligations
  • Authorities, when the law requires it

6. Calls and messages

We contact you about your request by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email. We send launch updates only if you asked for them. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it for, or as required by law. Enquiries that do not lead to a service are deleted after 24 months. Records of services we delivered are kept for 8 years to meet tax and legal requirements.

8. How we protect it

We use reasonable security practices, including restricted access, secure hosting and encrypted connections (HTTPS), in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules. No system is completely secure, so please contact us straight away if you think your data has been misused.

9. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
  • ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it
  • have your complaints handled by our Grievance Officer
  • nominate someone to exercise your rights if you are unable to

To use any of these rights, email contact@fmoh.in. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Users in the UAE: when FMOH services launch in Dubai, we will also meet the requirements of the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, including your rights to access, correct and delete your data, and we will update this policy.

10. Children

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.

11. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on servers located in India. As we expand to Dubai and other markets, some data may be processed outside India. When that happens, we will do so only as permitted by law and with appropriate safeguards.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.

14. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices change, for example when we add analytics or launch in new countries. The date at the top shows the latest version.
