1. What we store on your device
We use your browser's local storage, not cookies, for two conveniences. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us.
| Name | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|
fmoh-theme | Remembers whether you chose light or dark mode | Until you clear your browser data |
fmoh-shortlist | Saves the properties you shortlisted with the heart button | Until you remove them or clear your browser data |
2. Third-party content
Some pages include content from other companies, which may set their own cookies:
- Google Maps on the contact and property pages, to show locations
- YouTube property videos, which use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and load only when you press play
- WhatsApp links, which open WhatsApp under Meta's own terms
These companies' cookie and privacy policies apply to their content.
3. Managing storage and cookies
You can clear local storage and cookies, or block third-party cookies, in your browser settings. Clearing FMOH's local storage will reset your shortlist and theme choice. The rest of the website will keep working.
4. Changes
If we start using analytics or other cookies, we will update this policy first, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
