FMOH Essentials · Build smart Available now

Build your smart home in up to half the time.

Light gauge steel framing (LGSF) with fibre-cement boards speeds up core construction by up to 50% compared with traditional RCC masonry, and keeps building through the monsoon.

What's included

Pick what you need. Your advisor combines it into one plan and one quote.

LGSF steel framing

High-tensile, hot-dipped galvanised cold-formed profiles, roll-formed to Howick or Framecad precision.

Fibre-cement boards

IS 14862:2000 boards: asbestos-free, and rated for monsoon exposure and termites.

EPS insulation core

50 to 100mm sandwich partitions for thermal comfort and sound insulation.

All-weather erection

Bolted, pre-formed framing goes up dry, so rain does not stop the build.

Lighter foundations

Cuts foundation load by up to 30% compared with conventional masonry.

Recyclable steel

Galvanised steel is fully recyclable, with a GreenPro-certified system.

Final schedules are confirmed after an official site-visit assessment of terrain, slope and built-up area.

How it works

Four engineered stages, confirmed after a site visit.

  1. Foundation anchor and shell

Galvanised steel profiles are anchored and bolted over the foundation slab.

  2. Cladding enclosure

Waterproof fibre-cement boards form a weather-sealed envelope around the frame.

  3. Utilities and insulation

Plumbing and wiring run through pre-punched studs, with EPS thermal and sound barriers.

  4. Finishing and handover

Texture coats, trims and smart utilities, then a final inspection before possession.

LGSF uses high-tensile galvanised steel engineered for the loads on your site. Your structural design and certification are confirmed before construction starts.

Yes. The lighter frame suits sloped and hilly terrain, and the site assessment decides the right foundation.

Core construction can be up to 50% faster than RCC. The actual schedule is confirmed after the site-visit assessment.
